We are {company}. WHAT ARE YOU DOING To US? Over the MLK weekend, more than 500 SPAM messages filled my INBOX. They did not even go into my NORTON ANTISPAM, but completely into my inbox!. Even now, about 15 new ones are coming in every few minutes!
NOTE that even many legitimate incoming emails are coming into the inbox, also, but they all have the word "SPAM" written in their subject lines, just prior to the actual subject name
NOTE the Norton anti spam system does appear to be working and operative, judging from the control area of that softwear. But it simply appears that it cannot handle the heavy flow of junk and pornio emails. About half of them are addressed TO me and appear to also be FROM me!
SOMETHING YOU HAVE DONE seems to have caused the problem over the weekend. We have been customers of at least 5 or 6 of your predecessor companies, and this is the worst service yet! PLEASE REVERSE WHAT YOU DID. PLEASE CALL ME AT {phone} WED MORNING!!! If I am out, leave me your DIRECT phone number for my return. Thanks
