I am a system administrator for Icelab Networks, a shared hosting, dedicated and colocation services company. We have been receiving notices about our shared hosting customers emails being rejected because one of our IP addresses is listed on a blacklist, specifically 208.42.238.171, but your information says is the entire block. I attempted to remove the IP from your lists, however it told me that it could not, with the following message: "Sorry we have been unable to delist your address. This listing is a usage type listing and therefore you have two choices. First you can log a support ticket, or second if you are a privileged user you can use the netmanager tool to change the usage listing for this netblock." I attempted to click on the netmanager tool, and got nothing useful. I then clicked on the dul exclusions tool, in the paragraph that followed the one above, only to see a file not found page. Note that it also took me almost 2 hours to even get this far because your site feels like dialup all over again. First, Please remove the listing for the IP(s) listed. Second, Please please please, fix your site, it makes IT admins suicidal to have to deal with, and apparently your employees too, considering the not found message that appeared with the dul exclusions tool. Thank you, Chris Walker
